CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) was pioneered and developed by osteopathic physician John E. Upledger following extensive scientific studies from 1975 to 1983 at Michigan State University, where he served as a clinical researcher and Professor of Biomechanics.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression, and anxiety. This light-touch approach releases tension deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction while enhancing the body’s innate intelligence and healing ability.
Charlene is trained in both pediatrics and adults to sense subtle changes in motion patterns of the cranial system, improving whole-body health and performance. Conditions that may benefit from CST include headaches, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, TMJD, and chronic pain.

Energy balancing focuses on health and well-being. Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure.
Charlene can work on or off the body with a series of hand placements that are located over the body’s energy centers to help guide this energy in a way that promotes balance and healing. Reiki often relieves stress and pain while promoting natural relaxation. Reiki has been studied for conditions like pain, anxiety, and depression. It’s a complementary treatment, which means you use it along with proven traditional medical treatments. It doesn’t cure or get rid of any health conditions by itself. $95
TERAHERTZ FOR WELLNESS
